Changes to InPost's regulations from 29 May 2025.

Dear Customer,

we inform you that as of 29 May 2025, we are amending the Regulations InPost services .

The main changes we are making to the documents:

• We are launching a new Quick Returns option The new solution is being implemented as a pilot option, leaving our business partners with the choice of using either Quick Returns, with the shipping costs borne by the buyer, or the option where the shipping costs are borne by the seller. • Introducing new cash on delivery value thresholds, i.e. up to PLN 10,000 and up to PLN 15,000, in the Cash on Delivery service for courier shipments,
• We are updating the "Rules for preparing and packing InPost parcels". among others. via an increase in the permitted capacity for the carriage of liquids from 750 ml to 5 l in a single packet and approval for the carriage of non-corrosive substances in the household chemical category ,
• We are introducing deposit and balance limits in the Parcel Manager application for customers sending parcels without a fixed contract ,
• As part of the InStore service we are introducing provisions on the possibility of collecting by InPost compensation for late payment of dues.

The changes concern the following documents:

• Regulations for the provision of the InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 service by InPost Sp. z o.o.,
• Regulations for the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost Sp. z o.o. (governing the area of InPost Courier shipments),
• Rules for the preparation and packaging of InPost parcels,
• Terms and conditions of the "Parcel Manager" application,
• Regulations for the distribution of packaging and consumables as part of the InStore service provided by InPost Sp. z o.o.

Following the implementation of the new-look Fast Returns solution and the introduction of new thresholds for the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, The Price Lists of InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 and InPost Kurier services are also changing - we are updating them with new services. The prices of other services and fees remain unchanged.
