Changes to InPost regulations from 24 July 2025.

Dear Customer,

on On 24 July 2025, we are amending the InPost Terms of Service .

The main changes we are making to the documents:

• Simplifying the language of documents , bringing them into line with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards to make them even clearer and more accessible to all users, including people with diverse needs,
• We focus on simplicity while maintaining the content's value . We use design principles that support better perception and understanding of the provisions in the regulations,
• We provide documents in a format suitable for various devices and working with technologies that make them easier to read and navigate,
• Expanding the Dynamic Parcel Redirection service - we are piloting a new option that allows the Recipient to redirect the courier parcel to a Paczkomat® or Parcel Point device on Friday, with the possibility of delivery at the weekend. This option will be free of charge for both the Sender and the Recipient of the parcel. The possibility of using the new form of redirection will be made available to the Recipient depending on the time of sending the parcel and the possibility of operational delivery on Saturday,
• We are updating the notification rules , following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, courier parcels at Parcel Points.

The changes introduced concern the following documents:

• Regulations for the provision of the InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 service by InPost Sp. z o.o.,
• Regulations for the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost Sp. z o.o.,
• Terms and conditions of the "Parcel Manager" application,
• Rules for the preparation and packaging of InPost parcels.
