we would like to inform you about changes we are implementing in the regulations the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost in relation to the amendment of the Postal Law and the introduction of the "Omnibus" Directive .
They concern the following documents:
- Regulations for the provision of the "Paczkomat 24/7" service by InPost Sp. z o.o.
- Regulations for the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost Sp. z o.o.
- Mobile Application Terms and Conditions
Main changes to the regulations:
- To align the content of the Regulations with changes in the following provisions: Act of 23 November 2012 on postal law, Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and Act of 9 May 2014 on information on prices of goods and services
- Harmonisation of the guaranteed deadline for InPost shipments - For deliveries to Parcel Machines®, Parcel Points® and addresses, we are standardising on a guaranteed delivery period of up to 5 working days.
- Clarification of the scope of warranty and consumer withdrawal
- Regulation of the Operator's obligations in respect of non-performance or improper performance of the service
The modifications take effect from 13 January 2023.
