Dear Customer,
we would like to inform you about the changes we are implementing in the regulations for the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost. They concern the following documents:
- Regulations for the provision of the "Paczkomat 24/7" service by InPost Sp. z o.o.
- Regulations for the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost Sp. z o.o.
- Mobile Application Terms and Conditions
- Regulamin Allegro Paczkomat
- Regulamin Allegro Courier
- Allegro Smart Pickup Regulations!
A major change in the regulations:
- Changing the process for returns to senders after failed delivery attempts - After the change, returns will be made directly to the place from where the parcels were posted. If the shipment was sent via Parcel Machine® or via Parcel Point - the return will be made exactly to the same machine or point. If the shipment was sent via a courier pick-up - the return will be made to the shipper's address (as before). The change does not apply to customers with an established return address under a business contract.
The modifications take effect from 17 October 2022.
