Archiving of consignment data

Dear Customers,

we would like to inform you that on 18 May 2019 . there will be an archiving of parcel data, for which selected InPost services will be temporarily unavailable. Customers on this day, from 20:00 to 24:00, may encounter difficulties on the InPost.co.uk website, Parcel Manager, Mobile App and Web Trucker.

Anticipated inconvenience:

- problems with tracking shipment statuses,

- lack of possibility to create, pay for and generate parcel and courier shipments (courier.inpost.pl, e-shop),

- no possibility of sending parcels at POP.

The updates introduced will contribute to a more efficient handling of the parcels you send and receive. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience!
