Another InPost sorting office to be launched
8 May 2019
InPost and MLP Group have signed an agreement to lease modern space at the MLP Poznań West logistics park. The 8,500-square-metre built-to-suit cross-dock facility will be put into operation in the third quarter of 2019. This is the third new sorting facility to be launched due to the rapidly growing number of parcels to InPost's Paczkomat® parcel machines and the InPost service Courier .
Another sorting plant will allow even faster handling of the growing volumes of distributed shipments. The third sorting plant will be located at the MLP Poznań West logistics park.
"Due to the dynamic growth of our network of Parcel Machines and courier services, we have decided to lease new space. Poznań is the next step in realising our objectives. The new warehouse building will enable efficient handling, segregation and picking of parcels. The space at MLP Poznań West will have a significant impact on the operational security of our company and increase the efficiency of our facilities in the Wielkopolska voivodship. ", says Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost.
The logistics centre where the new sorting plant is located is close to the S11 road, the A2 motorway and very close to the airport.
