Key changes:

As of 26 November, we are reducing the storage time of a parcel at a Parcel Post (Parcel Service Point) in case the originally selected Parcel Post is overcrowded or unavailable.
Up to now, the parcel has been stored for 2 full working days - after the change, the storage period will be 1 full calendar day, analogous to the previous storage at the Temporary Parcel Machine.The introduced change is beneficial for recipients, whose parcel will be delivered faster to the originally selected Parcel Machine, after the storage period at the Parcel Machine. There is no change to the time available to collect parcels from the destination Parcel Post (available 24/7) - it is still 48 h.

As of 19 November, we are introducing changes to the Pricelist for Retail Customers - the prices on the QuickNadania.pl platform have been reduced, which after the change will be at the same level as the current offer for Retail Customers in Parcel Manager. The prices applicable for sending a parcel directly at a Parcel Machine, i.e. in the process of creating and sending a parcel using the Parcel Machine screen, will be increased.
Prices for Business Customers remain unchanged.
