We would like to inform you of the changes we have made to the regulations for the provision of our services, in particular:
- Regulations for the provision of postal and transport services by InPost Sp. z o. o.
- Regulations for the provision of "Paczkomaty 24/7" service by InPost Sp. z o. o.
- Documentary Rules for preparing and packing InPost parcels
Modifications come into effect 8 October 2020 r.

Below is a summary of the most important changes:
- we have made the provisions concerning the transport of hemp and hemp products more specific - the transport of fibre hemp and products derived from it will be permitted on the InPost network, provided that the THC concentration is below 0.20%;
- We have made changes to the parcel collection notifications in the Mobile Application;
- We have clarified the provisions on the timing of notifications to recipients for parcels in Parcel Machines with Limited Availability (Parcel Machines InDoor).
