InPost Mobile is among the top rated apps in Poland
InPost - the leader among e-commerce delivery platforms in Europe - already has over 6.5 million active users of the InPost Mobile app. Thanks to the application, parcels can be collected by several people at the same time at one Paczkomat® InPost device, without the need to stand in line or touch the screen - the boxes are opened using a smartphone. The revolutionary service of sending parcels via an app is also breaking records in popularity - they are sent between Paczkomat® InPost machines or to a specified home address. There is no need to stick any labels on the parcel - all that is needed is an electronically generated QR code or a sending code in the app. The InPost app has already been at the top of the most downloaded and used apps in Poland in the GP and AppStore shops for a year.
"In just two years we have built an active community of more than 6.5 million users We are currently the best-rated app in Poland - with ratings of 5/5 in the App Store and 4.9/5 in Google Play, with nearly 700,000 ratings awarded - by both iOS and Android device users. No other major app in Poland can boast such a score. Our application is a parcel management centre and is the basis for running new services for users of devices offered by InPost. In real time, we can observe how quickly consumers pick up on new conveniences. Examples include multi-boxing - i.e. several parcels in one box, contactless opening of boxes or sending without a label. Now it is time for further functionalities - thanks to the app, everyone will get to the right device without any problems! Our network is getting denser and customers sometimes wonder which location they have chosen. Now with the InPost Mobile app, we are solving this problem - in the case of machines close to each other, it will tell you whether the target Parcel Machine® is in front of you. This convenience also includes displaying a photograph of where the Parcel Machine® is, with the parcel waiting for us, and showing the route on the map to the target location." - explains Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost .
Via the InPost Mobile app, a parcel can be paid for using a BLIK code, payment card or fast transfer (DotPay), and soon Apple Pay and Google Pay. The status of a sent parcel can be tracked in the app, of course, but also on the website www.inpost.pl in the "Parcel Tracking" section and via the chatbot by entering the 24-digit parcel number or the phone number and the last four digits of the parcel number. The InPost Mobile app can be downloaded from the Google Play, App Store and Huawei AppGallery shops.
InPost can also be contacted using Google Assistant. The conversation starts by calling a bot called ChatBot Mat with the phrase "Talk to InPost". Customers can ask about, among other things, the status of their parcel, the nearest Parcel Machine®, as well as a new feature - the number to courier .
