3 initiatives in the spirit of helping - a summary of InPost InHelp in 2024

Christmas is a time that brings us together to help and share goodness - at InPost we live this idea all year round. 💛 As part of the InPost InHelp Employee Volunteering 2024, we have carried out three unique projects, bringing joy and support to those who need it most.

InPost InHelp is a joint initiative where we help as we work, namely Out Of The Box. In the past year, we have shown that with commitment, creativity and a willingness to help on many levels, we can change the world for the better: from local communities to children's dreams.

Time to take stock of three exceptional initiatives , which in 2024 brought us together in the spirit of helping:

1. Support for local communities - 130 volunteers, 1 200 hours of work

Helping is most beautiful when it gains a personal dimension. As part of grant volunteering, InPost employees support local communities that are particularly close to their hearts. It is a space where passion and commitment meet real needs.

In 2024, we jointly realised as many as 10 exceptional projects ✨ , each of which received a grant of PLN 10 000.

Thanks to the huge hearts and dedication of more than 130 volunteers, we responded to a wide variety of needs:
⭐ We refurbished day centres for seniors and students,
⭐ We supported a sports club,
⭐ We organised workshops for children and young people,
⭐ We helped animal shelters.

That's over 1,200 hours of working together for the benefit of our small communities!

2. Noble Parcel - packages for 25 families from the heart 🎁

As we do every year, we joined the nationwide Noble Parcel campaign, which means more than material aid - it is a gesture of solidarity, bringing hope for a better tomorrow.

Together we took care of the needs of as many as 25 families ✨ .

The packages included:
⭐ basic necessities (cleaning products and food, clothing) ,
⭐ equipment to make everyday life easier (white and brown goods, e.g. washing machine, hoover) ,
⭐ Christmas gifts (sweets and toys, e.g. a dream sled) .

We hope they will bring smiles to the recipients' faces. This would not have been possible if it had not been for the teamwork and huge hearts of the InPost employees, who independently raised funds and assembled the parcels.

3. Letters to Father Christmas - 100 children's dreams

Together with The GOOD Foundation We brought a bit of magic to children from orphanages. As part of the "Letters to Santa" campaign 📜 we took care of a hundred letters, which included children's dreams such as building blocks, a doll with a pram or a warm scarf and hat.

We treated every Christmas wish with great care and commitment so that the children received under the Christmas tree 🎄 their dream and beautifully wrapped gifts.

At the same time, we joined the Panda Claus campaign Panda Team Foundation 🐼 whose charges - exceptional children who carry the huge burden of illness or the loss of a sibling on their shoulders - have prepared letters and included their childhood dreams.
