We are also introducing a number of improvements in the customer service department. We will soon be launching live chat, IVR services and we will significantly increase staffing in our call centres, so that we can easily accommodate the increasing number of enquiries from our customers as our services grow.

Increase in popularity of InPost parcels on Allegro.pl

Allegro InPost services are already available in 20% of the listings on Allegro, the most popular Polish e-commerce platform. This means that over 11 million listings already have deliveries available via InPost. This result is particularly impressive because, as recently as the end of 2015, the availability of InPost deliveries on Allegro was half that number.

The cooperation with InPost has had a strategic dimension for us from the beginning. The quality and convenience of delivery of purchased products is crucial to our customers' satisfaction. This is an area that we at Allegro will be focusing on a lot in the near future and I am pleased that we have been able to build a lasting partnership with InPost - Przemysław Budkowski, CEO of Allegro, comments.
