They are fast, agile and well organised. They start their day very early - usually with a morning coffee to give them energy, although they are usually not naturally short of energy. Although their job is ostensibly just to get parcels from A to B, they actually do a lot more than that, and the importance of their work is particularly appreciated in the difficult times of a pandemic. Couriers, as they are referred to, are representatives of a profession that it is worth taking a broader look at in order to fully understand the importance of their work. They are the ones who provide shoppers with extraordinary comfort every day, delivering parcels containing their dream gifts or everyday essentials. Whether they are long-awaited or indispensable, couriers deliver the parcels to the recipients' homes or to a parcel machine, from which they can be conveniently and safely collected at any time of the day or night. At InPost, we value the commitment of our couriers, which is why we offer them a number of additional benefits. You probably don't all know, but there are actually quite a few of them. In this post, we've decided to introduce you to the most important ones - from the point of view of our couriers, of course, because they were created with them in mind!

Meet the 'top 10' couriers of #TeamInPost!

Vouchers for recommendation
"I had a friend who was just looking for a job. He is a man who likes to be on the move all the time, so I suggested he try his hand as a courier. He was curious and agreed to the offer, even though he had no previous experience in this industry. I recommended him to InPost - as it turned out later, with positive results. This month marks six months since he has been efficiently delivering parcels to Parcel Post, and thanks to my recommendation we have both gained. Him - a job that suits his temperament, and me extra cash!",
Krzysiek, InPost courier
We realise that it is not easy to recruit a good employee. On the other hand, we know that the best advertising that induces people to work for InPost are our couriers and their conviction about it. We reward the recommendations of friends to work with us in the form of cash vouchers. Both parties benefit!
-
Machine utilisation bonus
It's another opportunity to grab some extra cash! Every month, each courier has the chance to win a bonus bonus for delivering parcels quickly and efficiently to Parcel Machines in their regions. More efficient work is rewarded with an additional bonus for courier !

Karnety Multisport
"I move a lot at work, but it's not quite the kind of movement that would fully satisfy me. I love spending my free time being active, I look after a nice figure by working out at the gym, I take advantage of the diet packages in the Multisport online zone. And after a hard day, I pop into the sauna to calm down. This is my relaxation time. I'm happy that I don't have to pay the full amount for the pass. I have the option to use the Multisport card on quite affordable terms, so that's a big plus!",
Kasia, InPost courier
We want our couriers to keep fit, so we have negotiated special conditions for the use of Multisport cards. After all, in a healthy body there is a healthy spirit!

Insurance - life (AXA) and health (PZU)
The health and safety of our employees is a priority for us. We offer our couriers the cheapest life insurance package on the market and the opportunity to benefit from a large medical care network under the PZU health insurance.

Gifts for Courier Day
"What's cool about the job of a courier? For example, the fact that we have our own holiday! Yes - on 29 September, because that's when Courier Day falls, we get presents from the company and well wishes from the management. Best of all, the parcels contain very useful gadgets that I use every day. We recently received a super smartwatch - now I know how many steps I take a day! Also, this celebration certainly makes work more pleasant. ",
Zbyszek, InPost courier
Courier Day is a special celebration for our industry. At #TeamInPost, it is always an occasion for heartfelt thanks and sincere wishes. We also present each courier with practical gifts to make them even happier.

As part of the "InPost Summer Route", couriers using their holidays receive vouchers from us to cover their holiday costs. The value of the bonus increases with seniority!

Premiums for peak parcel work
"The hardest period for the courier? Definitely from the beginning of November until Christmas. Black Friday, presents for Santa Claus or Christmas... People are ordering more and more online and there are really a lot of parcels to be delivered. There's a lot of work to do, and the pace has to be kept up as well, because the closer we get to Christmas, the more we turn into these, you could say, Father Christmases, so these presents have to be delivered. Fortunately, we can also count on Christmas bonuses ourselves. It's great that the company recognises our work during this intense period and we get extra bonuses. It's always even more motivation, a nice gesture, well, and the money comes in especially handy at this time!",
Krystian, courier InPost
We know how intense the work of our couriers is, especially during peak parcel periods. We always reward them extra during this time - so that they have the satisfaction of working with us!

Hot coffee or tea from the vending machine
A triviality? Try starting a cold or rainy day without a hot drink! At #TeamInPost, we care about our couriers and do what we can to positively influence their working comfort. We realise that a morning coffee or tea during the winter period is an essential "starter" and even a necessity - both for the body and the spirit! :) That is why we have introduced a programme for the free use of these drinks in vending machines located in our branches.
Size matters, an added bonus: small and lightweight packages
An advantage that is also definitely worth highlighting is that couriers at InPost deliver the smallest and lightest parcels in the entire courier market. And by delivering parcels to Paczkomats, they can organise their work even more efficiently - not only do they carry parcels that are relatively light and small in size, but they also deliver them to a specific machine instead of to dozens of houses.

Why would you recommend working for InPost? We asked our couriers!
The opinion of our employees is always very valuable to us, so this spring we conducted a survey in which we asked #TeamInPost couriers about the most important issues related to their work. This allowed us not only to find out their feelings and opinions, but also to do our best to meet their declared needs in the future.
Are you curious how they answered the question 'Why would you recommend working for InPost? ”
- "Cool atmosphere, interesting people and good cash,
- "It is a company that is constantly developing and providing opportunities for its own development for couriers and carriers. In my opinion, it is the most courier-friendly company among those on the market today."
- "Adequate remuneration, clear and readable contract, regular pay, flexible working hours."
In summary, here are the three responses that were repeated most often!
- Good atmosphere/people.
- InPost as a company with a solid foundation and position in the market.
- I praise the remuneration.

We are pleased that couriers appreciate working at InPost and also pay attention to issues such as a positive atmosphere. This seemingly trivial factor is often one of the foundations of good communication, successful cooperation and, ultimately, satisfaction with the duties performed - even if, as in any job, there are worse days or more demanding customers.

If you have reached this point, we are convinced that we have at least aroused your interest in courier work. If this is the case, be sure to check out our current offers. Maybe we are looking for you? Or perhaps your colleague is looking for a job?
