Will all returns wait for approval from the store?

Only some of the stores from the list require return approval. After completing the return form, you will be notified whether the return has been accepted or requires approval.

If the selected store does not require return approval – the return will be accepted automatically. If the store requires return approval, wait for confirmation from the store. You will receive a notification in the application and by e-mail after the return had been approved. The return code which you can use to send your return shipment from any Parcel Locker can be found in the InPost Mobile application and in the e-mail.
