Where can I collect documents from the Office? [Office 24]

You can choose the Parcel Locker from which you can collect documents from the Office, in the section "Parcel locker to which we deliver the shipment" in the Recipient section when completing the form. Parcel lockers from which citizens can collect their documents are located right next to the offices handling their cases.

When your documents are ready to be collected, you will also receive a notification (in the InPost Mobile application, by e-mail and / or text message) with the address of the Parcel Locker, where you should go.
