What is the new InPost Office 24 service in practice? [Office 24]
With the service, selected official matters can be processed using InPost Parcel Lockers.
To have an Office process a case, one has to go to the website inpost.pl/en/urzedy24, select the appropriate Office, fill in the form, pay for and print the shipping label, then pack the documents (do not forget to stick the label on the envelope) and post them from any Parcel Locker in the city.
The decision issued by the Office can be collected from a Parcel Locker located near the Office. The Citizen will receive information about the possibility of receiving the decision in the InPost Mobile application, by e-mail and / or text message.
