What are Quick Returns?

The Quick Returns service allows you to return your purchases to selected stores via InPost Parcel Lockers located all over Poland.

You can send a parcel with returned goods in two ways - via the InPost Mobile application or using the SzybkieZwroty.pl website.

Method 1: Return your purchases using the InPost Mobile app

Method 2: Return a shipment via SzybkieZwroty.pl!

Charged according to operator's rate

Monday – Friday 7:00–22:00
Saturday 8:00–20:00
Sundays 8:00 - 18:00
Holidays 8:00 - 16:00
