A Parcel Locker is broken and not working. What should I do to collect my shipment?

It is available from Monday to Friday at 7-22, Saturdays 8-20, Sundays 8-18, and during holidays 8-16 at the numbers: 722 444 000 and 746 600 000. You can also report a broken Parcel Locker by contacting us using the contact form or via our chatbot MAT, which you can find in the Contact tab and on Messenger. After accepting the notification, we will verify the situation and, if necessary, extend the time you have for collecting the parcel beyond the standard 48 hours.
