In the event of willingness to submit the complaint regarding the costs of calling to the Contact Center, we will refund the costs charged by your Operator, assuming that the cost of a minute is PLN 0.35. If you prove that you have paid higher costs with your telecommunications operator, we will refund the amount you proved.

 

You can only receive a refund if, during the conversation with the Consultant, you complain about the non-performance or improper performance of the postal service and ask for a refund for the telephone connection.
