If the addressee cannot collect a previously undelivered shipment, it may be picked up by a person with proper authorisation, and in the case of postal parcels, also by an adult residing at the same address as the addressee, unless the addressee submitted restrictions at a ParcelPoint regarding the delivery of parcels - in this case the parcel is issued after submitting a written declaration of residence with the addressee.
