I have a problem with collecting my shipment via the QR code displayed in the application. What can I do?
QR codes work better if you enlarge them. Click the QR code in the shipment details next to the pickup code (it will appear enlarged on a black background). If this does not help, collect the shipment using the pickup code or by opening the box remotely.
