I have not received an InPost Quick Send shipping label despite paying for the shipment. What now?

If you received a message about a transaction in progress, wait a few minutes - when the transaction is processed, the screen will refresh and you will be able to print the label. After successful payment, you will also receive an email with the label attached. If there is no email, check your "Spam" folder. If, despite making the payment, you have not received the shipping label, please report the problem through the form.

Remember that during the creation of the shipment you choose whether to send it with or without a label. In the latter case, you will not receive a label by email, but only a QR code and a 9-digit shipment code, which should be written on the parcel. Enter it on the InPost Parcel Locker screen or scan the QR code using the scanner. If you are using an Appkomat machine without a screen, use the scanner.
