How to send a parcel using the InPost Mobile application?

You can send your parcel without printing a label by using the InPost Mobile application. It's easy, quick, and convenient

A parcel can be sent with InPost Mobile in 4 simple steps:

  1. Pack your parcel

Make sure the parcel is properly secured and measure its dimensions. You can choose from lockers in three sizes.

  1. In the application, in the bottom menu, select the middle icon with an arrow (Send)

Select a method of shipping (you can send from a Parcel Locker to a Parcel Locker or from a Parcel Locker to an indicated home/business address) and complete the required details of the recipient and sender. Your phone number will be filled in automatically!

  1. Pay for shipping with BLIK

After completing the information, you will be redirected to a fast and convenient BLIK payment. After completing the payment, the application will show a 9-digit shipping code and a QR code. You will also receive the shipping code in an email.

Remember! You do not need to put any label or shipping code on the package.

  1. Send from a Parcel Locker

With the package ready, go to any Parcel Locker. Using the Parcel Locker scanner, scan the QR code from the application or select the option "I have a posting code or a return code" on the Parcel Locker screen and enter the required data - the box will open automatically! Now put the package in the locker.
