How to send a parcel using the InPost Mobile application?
Sending a parcel in the InPost Mobile application can be summed up in a few simple steps. And most importantly – without the need to print a label.
- Pack your parcel
You can choose from lockers in three sizes. Select the one that best matches the size of your parcel. The maximum dimensions of parcel for different lockers are provided in the application.
- Enter your delivery details
In the InPost Mobile application, in the bottom menu, select the middle arrow icon (Send). Select the size of the parcel and delivery method and then complete the required details of the recipient and sender.
- Pay for shipping
After you have paid, the application will show a 9-digit shipping code and a QR code, valid for 30 days. You do not need to stick any label or put the code on the package.
- Send from a Parcel Locker/ParcelPoint
Go to any Parcel Locker or ParcelPoint of your choice. At the Parcel Locker, scan the QR code received in the application. When the locker opens, put the package inside. You can also select the option "I have a shipping code or a return code" on the Parcel Locker screen. Enter the shipping code - when the locker opens, put the package inside.
That's it, done!
