How to return a product bought on Allegro?

If you have chosen Allegro InPost as a delivery option, the cost of return of the item is included in the price of delivery.

To return an item:

Go to the Moje Allegro > Moje zakupy > Licytacje i Kup Teraz: Przesyłki tab and click zwrot produktu next to the item you wish to return.

You will receive a text message with a return code. At the same time, inform the seller of your intention to return the item.

Prepare the parcel. You will not need a return address. All you have to do is use the return code you will receive in a text message.

If you return an Allegro Kurier24 InPost or Allegro miniKurier24 InPost shipment you can return it at a Parcel Locker. Parcels can be returned in a Parcel Locker if their dimensions allow them to be placed in one of three lockers: A: 8 x 38 x 64 cm, B: 19 x 38 x 64 cm, C: 41 x 38 x 64 cm. The weight of a package returned from a Parcel Locker cannot exceed 25 kg.

Place the return code on the package and go to any Parcel Locker - find the nearest one. On the Parcel Locker screen, select "Send parcel" and then "I have a special code". Upon entering the code, the Parcel Locker will automatically open one of the lockers. Place the package in it and close the door. If you have a package of a size that does not allow it to be returned in a Parcel Locker, take it to the nearest InPost Parcel Service Point.

If you are returning an Allegro Paczkomaty24/7 InPost shipment, go to any nearby Parcel Locker. On the Parcel Locker screen, select "Send parcel" and then "I have a special code". Upon entering the code, the Parcel Locker will automatically open one of the lockers. Place the package in it and close the door. You can also take the package to the nearest InPost Parcel Service Point.

Remember! You have 14 days to click the return button (counting from the time you collect the shipment) and then another 14 days to return the shipment. Free returns are only available to registered Allegro users. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact InPost Customer Service directly.
