How do I send a parcel from a Parcel Locker using the InPost Quick Send service?

Locate a Parcel Locker or ParcelPoint of your choice and go there with a previously prepared package. But before you do that ...

 

1. Generate a shipment code / label

Go to InPost Quick Send, complete the form and pay online. During shipment creation you decide whether you want to download and print a label or generate a shipment code. After payment, this choice cannot be changed.

 

2. Mark the parcel

Depending on the option you chose – with or without a label – either stick the label on the parcel or write the shipment code manually on the properly secured parcel.

 

3. Place the parcel in the Parcel Locker

If you choose to send the parcel via a Parcel Locker, you have several options. You can enter the 9-digit shipment code on the device screen, scan the QR code (received by email), or scan the barcode on the label (after selecting the option “I already have a parcel with a special label”). Once the locker opens, place the parcel inside. Don’t forget to close the door and confirm the shipment on the device screen.

 

You can also send parcels without a label directly from the InPost Mobile application.
