How can I send a quick return shipment?

Do you want to return goods to an on-line store? You can do it for free, conveniently, and without printing a shipping label by using the InPost Mobile app or the Quick Returns website.

You can return your purchase by selecting an e-store from the list, which includes all the shops who partner with us to offer a free returns service. Your store is not on the list? Send your shipment using SzybkieNadania.

Method 1: Return your purchases using the InPost Mobile app

How to return a shipment using the InPost Mobile app?

1. Open the InPost Mobile app
2. Click the "Return" icon in the bottom menu
3. Enter the name of the store to which you want to return the goods. The list includes stores that offer the return service. You can also select a package for return from your shipments list below.
4. Fill out the return form - if the return needs to be accepted by the store, wait for confirmation
5. You will find your return code in the InPost Mobile app and in an email
6. Prepare a package with the returned goods - if you are using the same box, remove the old label 
7. All you need to do is write the return code on the package by hand. You don't need to print a shipping label.
8. Send the return package from any Parcel Locker - just scan the QR code from the InPost Mobile application using the scanner in the Parcel Locker or select the option of sending the parcel from the Parcel Locker screen and enter the return code.
9. Put the package in the locker and close it. And that's it, you're done!

Method 2: Return a shipment via SzybkieZwroty.pl!  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

1. Go to SzybkieZwroty.pl
2. From the list of available stores, select the one to which you want to return your purchases. The list includes stores that offer the return service.
3. Fill out the return form - if the return needs to be accepted by the store, wait for confirmation
4. You will find your return code in the InPost Mobile app and in an email
5. Prepare a package with the returned goods - if you are using the same box, remove the old label 
6. All you need to do is write the return code on the package by hand. You don't need to print a shipping label!
