How can I check if I have notifications enabled?

You can receive shipment status updates in several ways:

  • By email - to the address provided when sending (if you don’t see the message, check your SPAM folder),
  • Push notifications in the InPost Mobile app,
  • SMS - if you don’t use the app or have notifications turned off.

To check if notifications for the app are enabled, go to: Menu (bottom right corner) → Settings → Notifications, and make sure they are also active in your phone’s settings.

 

If you still do not receive notifications despite having them enabled, please write to: googleplay@inpost.pl or appstore@inpost.pl.
