The helpline works from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 22:00 and on Saturdays between 8:00 and 20:00.

Additionally, the Helpline for Parcel Lockers is available on Sundays from 8:00 to 18:00 and on holidays from 8:00 to 16:00.
