No, in order to increase safety during the coronavirus pandemic, we have prepared a shortened electronic damage report that you can complete on-line here.

The form will allow you to draw up a summary damage report for damaged shipments delivered both by courier and to parcel lockers. You can completed it without the courier being present and without having to go to an InPost office. The completed form should be accompanied by photos of the damaged parcel, which are necessary for the complaint to be considered. In the absence of photos, the Complaints Department will ask the customer to add them. Remember that the process of filing a damage report is independent of the complaint process. This means that you should also complete a standard complaint form, which you can find here.
