Can I receive an invoice for an international shipment?

Yes – when purchasing an international parcel, you can select the option to receive an invoice. We will send it to your email address.

When will you receive the invoice? It depends on the country of dispatch:

From Poland abroad:

You will receive the invoice after the end of the 15-day billing period. We send them twice a month:

  • for orders placed from the 1st to the 14th of the month,
  • for orders placed from the 15th to the last day of the month.

From France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, or Portugal to Poland:

You will receive the invoice on the second working day of the following month after placing the order.

From Italy to Poland:

We will send the invoice by email within 3 days of placing the order.

It is worth remembering:

When placing an order for a parcel from abroad to Poland, please check the invoice details – after payment for the shipment, there is no possibility to change them.
