If you are still at the Parcel Locker and it has not been 15 minutes since you've picked up your shipments, you can reopen your locker using the same pick-up code. If 15 minutes have already elapsed - please contact our hotline at 722 444 000 or 746 600 000. It is available from Monday to Friday at 7-22, Saturdays 8-20, Sundays 8-18 and during holidays 8-16. If you do that, we can open the locker remotely.
