In the event that the courier is unable to successfully deliver the parcel to you, another delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to the sender. We will inform you about all these stages by e-mail. Remember that you can conveniently track your shipment using the InPost Mobile application.

You will not be home when you are expecting an InPost courier? No problem! You can redirect a courier parcel to a nearby Parcel Locker in a few seconds using the InPost Mobile application. This service is free.
