The Parcel Locker is broken and does not work. What should I do to collect my parcel?
If a Parcel Locker is unavailable or damaged and you cannot collect your parcel, be sure to notify us about it at our technical hotline. It is available between 6 am and 10 pm, at: 722 444 000 and 746 600 000. You can also tell us about a defunct Parcel Locker by contacting our chatbot MAT (at https://inpost.pl/kontakt) and via Messenger. After receiving information from you we will verify the situation and if need be extend the time you have to collect your parcel beyond the standard 48h.
