The InPost mobile application does not start / freezes / turns off, what should I do?

Check if you have the latest version of the mobile application available in the store. If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

If this does not help, report the fault using the contact form on our website. In the report, provide information on:

  • the device you use (exact model)
  • your operating system (the exact version to be found in the system settings).

Caution! Reinstalling will result in the loss of data such as deleted shipments, names given to shipments, etc.
