How to send a parcel to Poland from France?

In France, we operate under the brand – Mondial Relay. We are number 1 when it comes to Locker machines (our Paczkomat®), of which we currently operate 6,000 nationwide. In addition, you can use one of 11,000 convenient ParcelPoints (Points Relais®). The one closest to your location can be found at MondialRelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi.

How to send a parcel to Poland from France?

Go to MondialRelay.fr*. If you have a user account, log in with your email address and password. Then select “Je me connecte”.

*For people who do not know the local language, the browser function of translating pages may be helpful.

On the page, select the "Envoi de colis" tab (in English: send the parcel) or go directly to MondialRelay.fr/envoi-de-colis.

Provide basic information, i.e. the country (pays de destination) to which you want to send the parcel and the weight (poids) of the parcel in kilograms.

Are you sending to Poland (Pologne)? It should look something like this:

After completing the weight, the site will automatically calculate the amount due in the local currency, i.e. Euro. The price (prix) includes insurance (indemnisation). You can then increase the value. The price for the parcel depends largely on its dimensions and weight.

Data of the recipient in Poland

In the Mon destinataire section, select the option "Je saisis les coordonnées de mon destinataire". Fill in the necessary information on the Recipient (Nom = Last Name, Prénom = First Name, Address = Address, Code postal = Postal Code, Ville = Location), including a valid phone number and address.

Select the Paczkomat device in Poland to which your parcel is to be delivered (search for it by postal code or city) and click "Valider mon envoi" (confirm the parcel).

Once all the data is filled in correctly, the system will take you to the page where you will complete the formalities.

Confirm your order, print the label and stick it to the parcel in a safe and visible spot. Some ParcelPoints (Points Relais®) are equipped with printers. At MondialRelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi they were marked with a pictogram.

If you are using the site for the first time, select “Créer un compte” (create an account). If you do not run a business the default "Particulier" account applies to you.

In the form, enter:

• your email address,
• password, i.e. mot de passe, consisting of a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1: digit, special character (&@#!), uppercase and lowercase letters,
• your valid phone number with area code (PL) +48.

These data will only be used to protect your account and track your shipments.

Then review the attachments and accept:

• General Terms of Use (les Conditions Générales d 'Utilisation) and Privacy Policy (la Politique de Confidentialité) – required,
• a statement of the age of 16 or more – required,
• consent to receive information about InPost France services - voluntary.

Click the "Je crée mon compte" button.

Additional information

• In selected ParcelPoints (Point Relais®) or otherwise PUDO ( Pick-Up, Drop-Off) you can print the label. All you need is a QR code received by e-mail or text message. Find the closest Point Relais® at MondialRelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi.
• Available payment methods include: Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, CB.
• How to collect the parcel in Poland? As usual! Information about the parcel will appear in the InPost Mobile app, and the Recipient will receive a unique pin code from us to collect the parcel.
• The delivery time of a parcel to Poland from the France is 4 business days, on average.
