How to return a package in the App Parcel Locker?

If you are using the InPost Mobile application, just click on the return shipment's "Open box remotely" button and the Parcel Locker will open automatically. You can also scan the QR code from the app with the App Parcel Locker's scanner, put the parcel in the locker and close it. Finally, confirm the return in the application.

If using e-mail communication, scan the QR code contained in the message in the App Parcel Locker's scanner. Then place the package in the locker and close it.

If you are using SMS communication, you will need to generate a QR code at the QR.INPOST.PL website by entering the phone number to which the return is registered and the return code from the text message. A QR code will be generated, which must be scanned in the App Parcel Locker's scanner. Once generated, this code can be saved as a JPG, printed, or scanned directly from your phone screen.
