How to prepare a label in the Parcel Manager and define a new pickup point

Log into the Parcel Manager by entering your email and password used during registration. Go to the Send shipments section by selecting “Prepare one”. Fill out the form and the Parcel Manager will provide you with the shipping cost. You can pay for the shipment with your funds in the Parcel Manager. Finally, click the "Pay, print, and send" option. Your label will be created in the form of a .pdf file - all you have to do is print it and stick it in a visible place on the package.

If you have chosen the courier pickup option, you should create a pickup point. How to do that?

  1. Go to the My Account section.
  2. Create a new pickup point by selecting the "New pickup point" button in the panel.
  3. Complete the data and the pickup address.

Caution! Remember that the verification process for a pickup point can take up to 24 hours. You can check the status of the pickup point in the "My pickup points" tab.
