How to order or cancel a shipment pickup request in WebTrucker

Log in to the WebTrucker system using your email address and password. From the Order courier pickup menu choose the option Order a courier. Select a Local Office from the list, and if necessary, change the customer's details by clicking Change and providing the details for the person the courier should contact. Complete the details of the shipment underneath as well. Confirm the data by clicking Order Pickups.

How do I cancel a shipment pickup request in WebTrucker?

From the Order Courier menu, select Pickup History. We will show you a list of all your pickup orders - to cancel, just click Cancel on the selected order that has not yet been completed.
