How do I top up my account in the Parcel Manager?

To top up your prepaid account in the Parcel Manager, go to the Payments tab and select Top up account.

You can specify the top-up amount in two ways:

  1. By choosing the value and quantity of individual products from the list available.
  2. Providing any amount in the Price field at the bottom right.

In the next step, confirm the top-up amount by clicking the Top-up button. After confirmation, you will be directed to the payment operator where the payment can be made. After successful completion of the transaction, you will be redirected to the Parcel Manager and you will receive an appropriate confirmation of your account top-up. Your top up history can be found in the tab: Payments - Top-up Report.

And that’s it! You can now start sending shipments via the Parcel Manager.
