How do I pick up a package if I only have a text message with a pick-up code?

If you are using SMS communication, you will need to generate a QR code at the QR.INPOST.PL website. Simply enter the phone number to which the parcel is registered and the pick-up code received via SMS. Once generated, this code can be saved as a JPG, printed, or scanned directly from your phone screen.

To collect parcels from an App Parcel Locker easily and conveniently, we recommend installing the InPost Mobile application. All you have to do then is open the box remotely in the application or scan the QR code from the application in the device's scanner.
