How to delete an account in the InPost Mobile app?

If you no longer wish to use our app, you can delete your account and the personal data processed in its scope. This action is irreversible and will render the recovery of data impossible after their deletion. It will also cause you to lose access to any functionalities or services that are only available on the mobile app.

Follow these steps to delete your InPost Mobile account:

Open the app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
Select "Settings" from the list.
Scroll down and click "Delete Account".
Confirm that you wish to delete your account.
You'll see a prompt reading that your account has been deleted.
You will be logged out of the app.

After deletion of your account, all your personal data processed in the scope of the application will be deleted from our servers within 30 days. By data we mean your name, e-mail address, telephone number and any other information provided when using the app. Some data may be retained for legal, security, logistical, operational, dispute resolution, or service enforcement purposes. This information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
