How to change the size of the returned parcel in the App Parcel Locker during the return process?

If you are using the InPost Mobile app, you must break of the return process in the app and then close the locker.  Next, you need to once again click "Open the box remotely" in the application and select the correct locker size in the following steps.

If you are using email or SMS communication, go to the SzybkieZwroty.pl/en/zmiana-rozmiaru tab and enter your return code, click next, and then select the appropriate package size. Please note that the return code has not changed, so you do not need to change it if you have already written it on the package.
