You can check the status of your shipment in several ways:
- Through our website, where you can track up to 5 packages at once!
- In the InPost Mobile app. The shipment will appear in the application automatically if it is sent to the same phone number that is registered in the InPost Mobile app.
If you want to track a shipment registered to a different phone number in the app, add the parcel number using the yellow plus on the right side of the screen.
You can download the application free of charge from secure sources: Google Play, the App Store and Huawei AppGallery. - Through our chatbot - just go to our Facebook page and select the "Send message" button.
