You can return the parcel via any Parcel Locker
How do returns work?
1. Return form
In the details of the item purchased on Allegro, select the "Return all or part of the purchase" (pol. Zwróć część lub całość zakupu) option and fill out the form. Choose Allegro InPost as the shipping method.
2. Confirmation and code
You will receive a text message with a return code to your phone. This is a good time to inform the seller of your intention to return the item.
3. Sending a package
Take the returned parcel to any Parcel Locker device. You don't have to provide the recipient's address - the return code is sufficient.
4. Collecting a shipment
When the shipment reaches the recipient, you will receive a notification. You can now complete the return process with the seller. All done!
