Since you utilize services offered by the Integer.pl Group of Companies, we process your personal data in the form of cookie files. Below you'll will find why and how we do it.
- 1.1 Your personal data - all the information about you, which make it possible to identify you directly (e.g. your e-mail address) and indirectly (e.g. Your activity on a given website, including the IP of the device, location data, online ID, and any information collected by means of cookie files and other similar technology.).
- 1.2 GDPR - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). GDPR imposes particular duties on the entities which perform operations on any personal data (both in their own name and commissioned by another entity).
- 1.3 Websites - a website at www.inpost.pl and any other websites managed by the Controller.
- 1.4 Mobile Application - an app dedicated for mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) downloadable with the use of the links available at https://inpost.pl/aplikacja-mobilna, which helps you with the processes related to handling shipment deliveries, and also makes it possible to pay for and collect purchases from different stores.
- 1.5 Parcel Manager - a system for dispatching parcel locker and courier shipments, which operates at https://manager.paczkomaty.pl/.
- 2.1 The Controller of your data is InPost sp. z o.o. based in Krakow („Controller”).
WHAT ARE THE COOKIE FILES?
The cookie files are small text files being saved on your device, when you use websites. They record, among others, Your visit and your settings.
- 3.1 The cookie files serve different functions, but we use them, first and foremost, to make the Websites and the Parcel Manager available to you and help use them. We also use them for analytic and marketing purposes, but only when you consent to this on the Cookie banner, which is displayed in the Websites and the Parcel Manager. This consent may be withdrawn at any time according to the principles described in item 3.6.
Permanent and session cookies

3.4 Suppliers of analytic services – in order to better understand how our Websites and the Parcel Manager work, we cooperate with the providers of analytical services and tools, such as:

- 3.4.4 LinkedIn Insight Tag - more information on how they use your data are here;
- 3.4.5 X Ads - more information on how they use your data are here;
- 3.4.6 HotJar - more information on how they use your data are here;
- 3.4.7 Synerise - more information on how they use your data are here;
- 3.5 Advertisement Partners – e.g. Adform. They may use advertisement cookies, to display commercials which could be interesting for you. They also measure the effectiveness of the advertisements on a Website or the Parcel Manager.
- 3.6 Social media plugins – using the "Udostępnij" buttons. you can make your content on social media websites available (Facebook, Google +, LinkedIn, Twitter), provided that you are logged in these websites. The owners of those websites might be able to link your activity in a Website to your account on their websites. To some extent, your data might be managed jointly by us and these entities. The Websites and the Parcel Manager may include links to other websites or applications. Remember. the websites of other entities also use cookies, which is beyond our control – we recommend familiarizing with their Cookies Policy.
Changing the browser settings
- 3.7 Your internet browser should provide for modifying the settings so that to reject, remove, or block any cookies. These links offer relevant information for the most popular browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari.
- 3.8 Since some cookies are necessary for the Websites and the Parcel Manager to function, a change in the browser settings could result in some of the services operating incorrectly, or prevent you from using the Websites or the Parcel Manager.
MANAGING THE COOKIES SETTINGS
- 3.9 The withdrawal of your consent for collecting cookie files within the Websites and the Parcel Manager is possible each time through the Cookie Banner. The mechanism for managing the consents is also available each time through a given Website

- 4.1 The Mobile App uses tracing technologies which use information about your mobile device and about how you use the Mobile App. We can use these data in order to ensure the correct operation of the Mobile App, analyze and adjust the contents to your interests. This information can also be accessible to our partners who supply the analytic and marketing tools we use in the Mobile App.
- 4.2 Your consent for the use of the tracing technologies which utilize the data on the mobile device and on the use of the Mobile App for analytic and marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time, by sending the notification of withdrawing the consent to our contact data indicated in this Cookie Policy.

- 6.1 We can change or update this Cookie Policy. We will publish any changes on our Website, on the Parcel Manager page, and in the Mobile App. If you have provided us with your e-mail address, we can additionally notify you of the changes in an e-mail.
- 6.2 If you do not express your consent to any changes in the Cookies Policy. you can cancel your account in the Parcel Manager or in the Mobile Application. The account cancellation option can be found in the settings.
