Discover the SmartCourier service

Ensure the secure circulation of documents that require a signature with InPost. Our courier will collect the documents from you and deliver them to the indicated recipient at a previously agreed time. After verifying the recipient and completing the formalities, the documents will be returned to you in a secure return envelope.

Comprehensive service
All you have to do is prepare the documents and we'll do the rest. After receiving the documents, the courier will deliver them to the recipient and indicate the places to sign. The signed documents, together with any other documentation (waybill, checklist with any attachments), will be packed in a secure SmartCourier return envelope and sent back to the sender.

Individual approach
The courier sets up a convenient date for delivery of documents with the recipient every time. Shipments are delivered between 8.00 and 20.00, and the deliveries are agreed only with the main recipient. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the documents you send will reach the right hands within the time limit specified by the recipient.

Specialized couriers
The delivery of shipments within the SmartCourier service is a responsibility of a selected group of experienced couriers, who are trained for any eventuality and have the required documents from the sender, which authorize them to deliver procedural shipments, including bank outsourcing.

The highest level of security
All shipments are transported in special packaging and monitored along all the way to the recipient. Thanks to specialised IT system security for handling shipments, we also ensure the security of data exchange between InPost and the Sender.

Convenient shipment tracking
We have ensured that each process is properly identified, so that you can easily track your shipment using the shipment tracking system. Our solution is integrated with the InPost logistics management system.

Easy recipient verification
Our courier, when delivering documents, verifies the identity of the recipient (a maximum of 3 recipients for 1 shipment) quickly and easily. We have streamlined the logistics process to provide you and your customers with comfort and the highest quality of service.

You only need a few seconds to send a parcel, and if you don't have time, we can print and pack your documents for you. Shipments are picked up once a day directly from a location indicated by the sender. Shipments are always collected from a dedicated SmartCourier box.
